Hi, I’m Scott Groth. I’m a chef who’s spent most of my life navigating body image challenges, emotional eating, and working through a difficult relationship with food. Some days I feel strong and energized—other days, it’s a fight just to stay on track. I’ve learned that eating whole, nutrient-dense foods can completely shift how I feel—physically and mentally.
