What Does Parsley Taste Like

Parsley is a strong herb with a distinctive aroma. It is known for its peppery and grassy flavor. It is used as a garnishing herb and added to dishes at the end of the cooking process.

There are two types of parsley, flat-leaf and curly. Whenever a recipe calls for parsley, by default it is flat-leaf or Italian parsley until or otherwise mentioned as curly parsley.
