Peel the potatoes, wash, and cut them into even cubes. Transfer them to a mixing bowl and add oil, chopped sage, black peppers, and salt. Mix well.
Spread them now on a nonstick sheet pan evenly and bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
Clean, and wash them nicely. Trim both the ends and cut into 1.5" lengthwise. Add green beans, oil, chopped sage, black pepper, salt, and sliced garlic to the same bowl and mix nicely.
After 15 minutes, take out the potatoes and add green beans to the sheet pan. Stir everything and spread evenly. Bake for another 15 minutes at 400F temperature.
Once baking is done, take the sheet pan out from the oven and garnish it with cilantro. Oven-roasted green beans and potatoes with sage are ready to serve.

Tips
For green beans, first, trim both ends and then cut into 1.5" pieces.
Cut potatoes evenly, if cut uneven, small pieces will burn and be mushy while bigger cubes are still hard. It is always better to cut evenly.
Start with cooking potatoes as they take longer to cook.
Season with your favorite spices and enjoy this dish on holidays.
Use a nonstick baking sheet pan. This is another must while baking green beans & potatoes to avoid sticking with the baking pan. You can use parchment paper or a baking mat as well.
