- 1 cucumber I use English cucumber, but any cucumber will work
- 250 gram Greek yogurt using low-fat Greek yogurt approx 1 cup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic 1 garlic pod
- 1/4 cup cilantro or any other herb like dill, parsley or mint
- 1/2 tsp salt
chopped cherry tomato, cucumber, & cilantro for garnishing
