Berry Watermelon Salad With Mint Lime Dressing

Ingredients
 
 

  • 650 gram watermelon 4 cup heaped watermelon cubes
  • 150 gram strawberry 1 cup
  • 150 gram cherries 1 cup
  • 150 gram raspberry 1 cup
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp mint chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean all the fruits and cut. Transfer them in a mixing bowl.
    650 gram watermelon, 150 gram strawberry, 150 gram cherries, 150 gram raspberry
  • Mix maple syrup, lime juice & mint in a bowl and keep it ready.
    2 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp mint
  • Add the dressing over cut fruits and give a nice mix. Serve immediately.

Tips
  • Instead of maple syrup, you can also use agave, honey, and any other artificial sweetener.
  • Blueberry, blackberry, kiwi, cantaloupe, grapes, dragon fruit, pineapple are other fruits that go well with this watermelon berry herb salad.
  • Other than mint leaves, basil, cilantro, and flat-leaf parsley are other herbs to use.
