This TVP Breakfast Scramble is
Prepare TVP Chunks
Soak TVP chunks or Soya chunks in hot water along with salt for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add cumin seeds & ginger-garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
Add chopped green chilies & chopped onion. Cool till onion changes color.
Add peas & carrot. Cover the lid & let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat. We need soft crunch vegetables.
Coarsely Grind TVP
Rinse TVP chunks and transfer them to a food processor. Crumble them coarsely.
Mix Crumbles In Veggie Mixture
Now open the lid and add turmeric powder, salt, & crumbled TVP to the cooked vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish & Serve
Add chopped cilantro and lemon juice. Adjust salt and give a final stir.
Serve with bread slices and tomato cucumber salad.
