EASY TVP CRUMBLES

This TVP crumbles recipe are vegan sausage crumbles made of textured vegetable protein. It's flavorful, healthy, and makes a great addition to soups, pasta, and sauces!

INGREDIENTS:

TVP crumbles Ginger paste Cumin seeds Green chili

Vegetables Cilantro Turmeric Lemon juice

STEP 1:

Soak the TVP crumbles in salt and water for a few minutes.

STEP 2:

Sautee cumin seeds, ginger and garlic.

STEP 3:

Add green chilies, onion, peas, and carrots.

STEP 4:

Squeeze out the water from TVP crumbles.

STEP 5:

Add turmeric powder, salt, and the TVP crumbles.

STEP 6:

Add cilantro and lemon juice after a few minutes. Adjust seasoning and enjoy!
