Lassi is a refreshing, light, protein-rich, yogurt based drink variation to traditional Indian lassi recipe. It can be strawberry lassi, mango lassi, and mint lassi.

Strawberries Greek yogurt Low-fat milk Maple syrup Cardamom, pistachio, or saffron (optional)
In India, often lassi is garnished with chopped dry fruits like pistachio, almond, cashew or cardamom powder, saffron strands or rose water.
Clean the strawberries and add into a blender with yogurt, milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass then add a few ice cubes. Add a fresh strawberry into the glass for garnishing. Enjoy!
