Making these Quick Pickles are as easy as one-two-three!
Prepare radishes. Slice the red radishes as thinly as possible using chef knife or a mandoline slicer. Be extra careful in using mandoline. Transfer the sliced radishes in a glass jar.
Prepare the pickling brine. Heat water, vinegar, salt, and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat.
Pickle radishes. Pour the pickling brine over radishes and wait for it to cool down completely.
