– 3 peaches – 1 serrano – ¼ cup red onion – ¼ cup bell pepper – ¼ cup cilantro – 1 lime juice – ¼ tsp salt
If fresh peaches are unavailable, you can use canned peaches to make salsa without grilling them. Canned ones are already soft in texture & without skin, and may not hold their shape while grilling.
Grill Peaches. Cut a long seam around the peaches after cleaning. Remove the pit. Grill over medium heat.
Mix the ingredients. Chop all the ingredients including the grilled peaches. Add into a mixing bowl and mix well. Adjust salt.
