Add cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic clove, cilantro, and salt to the blender.
Blend till smooth and creamy consistency.
Garnish it with chopped cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and chopped onion. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
– Do not add ice cubes while blending the ingredients. It will dilute the consistency. – If you like it to make a little spicy then add 1 jalapeno and then blend.
